The menubar is used to trigger some action. The oncommand attribute is used to specify the required behaviour in javascript (ECMAscript).

The command close() closes the current window, setting window.location loads a new page. moveBy moves the window by specified pixels. The positive value moves to right (the first parameter) or to the bottom (the second parameter)
