The indexes were extracted from the <a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-SVG-20001102/index.html" target="_top">SVG Candidate Recommendation</a> and <a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-SVG-20001102/svgdtd.html" target="_top">SVG DTD</a>.
